In the event that a partial refund were to be issued, only up to the initial purchase cost of the item may be refunded (original shipping cost not included in the refund). The customer is responsible for return shipping and item must be returned in original packaging before any refund is given.
Orders may be cancelled if we are contacted promptly before the order's shipping label is created. If your order's shipping label has been purchased, it may no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Placing preorders is a commitment to pay and will not be canceled or refunded. Preorders may only be refunded if the pin preordered is not put into production. Buyer will then be given the choice to either receive a refund or select from another funded pin design.
